Li Yansheng was born on May 28,1943, Xian of Shaanxi province. He is a national artist of Level One of the Chinese Painting Academy, a member of the art committee of Chinese painting of the China Association of Painters，one of the founders who set up the Yanhuang Art Museum. He is enjoying the allowance given by the State Council of China. His works have been published in dozens of works collections. Li has held personal exhibits at home and abroad and won many prizes. Leaders and governments of many countries have collected his works.
